BICKER PARISH COUNCIL
You are invited to a meeting of Bicker Parish Council on Thursday, 8th January 2026 at 7pm
at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
PUBLIC FORUM
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

3. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with The Localism Act 2011
4. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors
5. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies:
a) Bicker Village Hall Committee
b) Bicker United Charity
6. Notes of the last meeting held on 13th November 2025 to be approved as the Minutes
7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
8. To Receive Finance Report:
a) To approve December and January payments as per schedule.
b) To consider and approve the draft budget for 2026/27
9. Planning Applications for discussion since last meeting: None
10. Lancaster Memorial event – confirmation of date and arrangements
11. EE Developer Fund – Discussion and decision
12. To Receive Correspondence: None
13. To Receive Members Reports
