You are invited to a meeting of Bicker Parish Council on Thursday, 9th January 2025 at 7pm
at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
PUBLIC FORUM
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

2. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors.
3. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given.
4. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with The Localism Act 2011.
5. Notes of the last meeting held on 14th November 2024 to be approved as the Minutes.
6. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies: Bicker Village Hall Committee and Bicker United Charity.
7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding.
8. To Receive Finance Report
a) To Approve November and December Payments as Per Schedule
b) To consider the draft budget for 2025/26 (see also item 11 b) below)
