PUBLIC FORUM:
The Annual Parish Meeting is for the residents of Bicker. This meeting is required by law.
It is the opportunity for members of the Parish to get together and discuss issues of interest and concern, with a view to developing an action plan and to learn what has been happening in the Parish in the previous year.

BICKER ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Following the Annual Parish Meeting on Thursday, 8th May 2025
At the Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall
Upon conclusion of the public forum of the Annual Parish Meeting, the Annual Parish Council Meeting will commence. If no members of the public are present, then the Annual Parish Council Meeting will commence at 7pm.
1. Appointment of Chair and signing of declaration of office
2. Appointment of Vice-Chair and signing of declaration of office
3. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with The Localism Act 2011
4. To receive apologies
5. To nominate representatives on the following external bodies:
a) Bicker United Charity
b) Bicker Village Hall Committee
6. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors
7. Notes of the last Annual Parish meeting held on 15th May 2024 to be approved as the minutes
8. Notes of the last parish council meeting held on 10th April 2025 to be approved as the minutes
9. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
10. To Receive Finance Report:
a) To approve April and May Payments as Per Schedule.
b) To review and approve the AGAR
11. Planning Applications Received Since Last Meeting – none for discussion
12. To Receive Correspondence:
a) Email re: repairs to Church clock
13. To Receive Members Reports
