BICKER PARISH COUNCIL

You are invited to a meeting of Bicker Parish Council on Thursday, 10th April 2025 at 7pm

at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.

PUBLIC FORUM

There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

1. Chair’s welcome and remarks

2. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors

3. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given

4. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with The Localism Act 2011

5. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies:

a) Bicker Village Hall Committee

b) Bicker United Charity

6. Notes of the last meeting held on 13th March 2025 to be approved as the Minutes

7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding. Including update on arrangements for Lancaster Memorial Event

8. To Receive Finance Report:

a) To approve March and April Payments as Per Schedule.

b) To review and approve the bank reconciliation for the year to 31st March 2025

c) To review and approve the Asset Register

9. Planning Applications Received Since Last Meeting – none for discussion

10. To Receive Correspondence: none for discussion

11. To Receive Members Reports

Date of Next Meeting: this is the Annual Parish Council Meeting and will be held on Thursday 8th May 2025 at 7pm at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall. The Parish Council meeting will follow this meeting
