at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.

PUBLIC FORUM

There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

4. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors

5. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies:

a) Bicker Village Hall Committee

b) Bicker United Charity

6. Notes of the last meeting held on 9th October 2025 to be approved as the Minutes

7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding

8. To Receive Finance Report:

a) To approve October and November payments as per schedule.

b) To consider the draft budget for 2025/26

9. Planning Applications for discussion since last meeting: None

10. Annual Play Inspection report: quotations for repairs – information and decision

11. Emergency Group – discussion and decision

12. Adoption of LALC Model Standing Orders

13. Adoption of LALC Model Safeguarding Policy

14. To Receive Correspondence: None

15. To Receive Members Reports

There is no meeting in December. The next meeting is on Thursday 8th January 2026 at 7pm at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
