You are invited to a meeting of Bicker Parish Council on Thursday, 14th August 2025 at 7pm
at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
 
PUBLIC FORUM
 
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

2. Co-option to the office of Councillor for Bicker Parish Council – discussion and decision
3. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given
4. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with The Localism Act 2011
5. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors
6. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies:
a) Bicker Village Hall Committee
b) Bicker United Charity
7. Notes of the last meeting held on 10th July 2025 to be approved as the Minutes
8. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
9. To Receive Finance Report:
a) To approve July and August payments as per schedule.
10. Quotation for repairing/repainting the safety fences and pump in the village – discussion and decision
11. Renewal of insurance – discussion and decision
12. Planning Applications for discussion since last meeting: None
13. To Receive Correspondence: None
14. To Receive Members Reports
 
There will not be a meeting in September. The date of the next meeting is Thursday 9th October 2025 at 7pm at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
