You are invited to a meeting of Bicker Parish Council on Thursday, 19th February 2026 at 7pm
at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
PUBLIC FORUM
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
8. To Receive Finance Report:
a) To approve January and February payments as per schedule.

10. Lancaster Memorial event – update on arrangements
11. AGAR – Assertion 10 - Digital and Data Compliance - discussion and decision
12. Emergency Plan – Risk Assessment – discussion and completion
