BICKER PARISH COUNCIL
You are invited to a meeting of Bicker Parish Council on Thursday, 13th August 2026 at 7pm
at The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
PUBLIC FORUM
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm when members of the press and public may attend to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If no members of the press or public are present the Parish Council meeting will commence at 7pm.

3. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with The Localism Act 2011
4. To receive updates from Borough and County Councillors
5. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies:
a) Bicker Village Hall Committee
b) Bicker United Charity
c) The Bicker Board
6. Notes of the last meeting held on 9th July 2026 to be approved as the Minutes
7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
8. To Receive Finance Report:
a) To approve July and August payments as per schedule.
9. Planning Applications for discussion since last meeting: None
10. Insurance renewal – due 1st October 2026
11. To Receive Correspondence:
a) Email from Borough Councillor Cantwell regarding Policy for Granting Honorary Freedom of the Parish
b) Email from County Councillor Lock regarding the County Councillor Grant Scheme
12. To Receive Members Reports
There is no meeting in September. The next meeting will take place on Thursday 8th October 2026 at 7pm in The Gedney Room, Bicker Village Hall.
