1. 19/02/20 Theft of battery from digger, Mill Lane – undetected
2. 08/03/20 Theft of electric fencing transformer and batteries, Broad Lane – under investigation
37/20 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun Bateson seconded Coun Kelly.
38/20 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.
Due to lock down, and village sign not completed, Community Foundation are deciding if consideration can be given to still accepting grant application for playing field.
39/20 TO DISCUSS PLAYING FIELD
Agreed to keep closed until Government guidelines are lifted.

45/20- MEMBERS REPORTS –
Coun Carrott = following complaints from Bicker Buds regarding BSIDB cutting of the drain sides. Invitation has been offered to meet but lock down has postponed that.
Coun Pell = although not present reports of abuse in playing field. Youths climbing over locked gates. Advised to keep reporting to Police to draw a picture.
