49/20 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun Carrott seconded Coun Bateson.
50/20 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.
Village signs delivered and ready to be installed.
51/20 TO DISCUSS CEMETERY MAINTNANCE
Comments received that contractors had ‘may be’ damaged a couple of gravestones whilst working in the cemetery. Photographs were inconclusive as to whether this was recent or previous damage. Clerk to speak with contractors.
52/20 - SUBSTATION UPDATE

53/20 - ALLOTMENT UPDATE
2 new propose tenants contacted clerk.
54/20 - FINANCE REPORT
Approve Council payments as per schedule

Discussions required regarding TK funding. Cannot keep £6960 for signs if accept £23800 for playing field. Clerk to speak to Community Foundation to ascertain some facts. To discuss at next meeting.

None received this month.
56/20 - MEMBERS REPORTS –
Coun Pell - The white railings over the drain along Gauntlet Road are all getting in a state of disrepair.
The one opposite the Church/Post Office has a section broken off and is propped up alongside the tree.
The railings over the drain Gauntlet Road near to Dawson's yard are rotten, leaning and ready to fall.
The repairs are still required on the Junction of Fore Lane.
All Highways, clerk to report again.
The white lines have still not been reinstated near The Red Lion. These were agreed to be put back by Highways in February. The Red Lion is now open again and cars are once again causing a danger by parking around the bend. Confirmed works should be carried out by 1st October.
Fittings are loose on the tap in the cemetery.
Any news on getting the trees cut in the playground. Parents are complaining that some of the equipment is not accessible for the children to play on. A project to be discussed when grant monies agreed upon.
Coun Carrott – road to Bicker Fen could it be replaced to its original state before construction traffic used. Clerk thought it had been agreed that Highways were taking before and after photographs to and speaking with National Grid.
57/20 - ANY OTHER BUSINESS –

LCC Community Group is attending the area again between 7th December and 22nd January for works required in the village. Overhanging vegetation, cleaning signs, digging our gullies etc. Suggestions please.
Covid 20 Community Grant – Coun Brookes still has a small amount of funds left if there are any projects within the area requiring assistance.
Lincolnshire County Council setting a residents panel for local to have their say. Lincs to LCC website https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/haveyoursay
