Village Signs, Highways advised that the site suggested may not be acceptable. Have to inform details and size but suggests we look for a different site and her assessment team will look at them. Clerk to request criteria for not allowing before looking for alternative site.
Village Trees details from Lincolnshire Highways. A request had been received from a Bicker resident by Highways regarding who’s permission was required to crown reduce a tree of the edge of the drain near his property. Highways, Water Board or Parish do not own. This is the reply, copied to PC.
You normally own a stretch of watercourse: That runs on or under your land Is on the boundary of your land, up to its centre
The deeds for your property or land will tell you if this is not the case. Check your deeds if you’re not clear about ownership. Plan showing the particular property, its boundary and its ownership of trees.
Plan and details to be forwarded to PC.

Coun Chapman – resident advised there had been damage to his conservatory roof in the past through the balls games in the park. He is the adjacent bungalow. At that time He advised that the PC issued a diary and asked him to keep note of the incidences. PC hadn’t done this but Coun Cooper advised this would be something Boston Borough would issue if the case brought to them. Problems in the park no more and he is asking whether the PC would be prepared to make some contribution to remedial works, £2700.
Clerk to request from insurance company if anything could be done now or indeed at the time the crimes were committed.
Coun Pell via correspondence. Can there be a larger bin for dog fouling in the playing field and can owners once again be requested not to exercise dogs off leads in the park
