23/21 - APOLOGIES - were received and accepted from Couns Chapman and Pell

24/21 TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011

25/21 - POLICE REPORT – continual concerns over dog theft and slow moving vehicles taking photographs. Again asking to make Police aware if anything witnesses.

26/21 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun Bateson seconded Coun Chapman.

27/21 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.

Lowgate Lane resident asking financial assistance from PC regarding damage caused to his conservatory a few year ago. Clerk had checked with insurance company who confirmed would probably not have been supported but too long ago.

28/21 - ALLOTMENT UPDATE

One relatively new resident asked if there was a pipe under the road from the drain running along the back of the allotments to the Eau. Is there any drainage from allotments?

29/21 - FINANCE REPORT

Approve Council payments as per schedule

30/21 - PLANNING

B/21/0023 11 Lowgate Lane, application for dropped kerb.

B/21/0121 Land at Vicarage Drove, screening for proposed solar farm. Ian Bettles on behalf of Renewable Connections contact the clerk with little information and more to follow.

31/21 - MEMBERS REPORTS –

Coun Bateson reporting for Coun Pell, inconsiderate parking at the school again. To speak with school.

Coun Kelly – 2nd meeting of Viking Link Liaison group. Only details of how projects have gone and going, nothing much to ask of the representatives present. No updates on how/where they are to help local communities. There is to be another meeting in the summer.

Coun Brookes – Mill Lane, is to have site meeting with LCC and land owner on 18th March to try and resolve water/drainage problem.

It was reported V.L. is trying to recycle/re-use of equipment and officers for support with requests. Although still complaints of traffic and state of the road, some of traffic is Lincolnshire Fuels delivering to local farmers and not sub-station vehicles.

32/21 - ANY OTHER BUSINESS – Clerk received reports the netting pole in the playing field has broken.
