31/22 – TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES - were received and accepted from Cllrs Mountain and Borough Cllr Cooper and County Cllr Brookes.
32/22 TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2211

33/22 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Cllr Bateson seconded Cllr Pell.
34/22 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.
Speaking with Highways regarding continual problems at Fore Lane/Back Lane
35/22 – TO RECEIVE ALLOTMENT UPDATE
Mr Webster has offered to help mark out smaller allotments. Another tenant interested.
36/22 – TO APPROVE JUBLIEE MEMORIAL BENCH
Differing designs brought to the table. It was agreed that a metal bench would be preferable in the hope of less vandalism. With some of the metal being a little ‘busy’ it was agreed upon a three seat with the Official Platinum Jubilee Crest on at a cost of £1075.00
Quotation for commemorative tree, a Liquid Amber, £85. Previously agreed to be planted when bench in situ.

TO DISCUSS DONATION TO BICKER BUDS FOR BROWN BINS
A resident had been paying for the brown bins for Bicker buds and had requested reimbursement. PC had not realised that these were being paid for and proposed Cllr Pell, seconded Cllr Bateson that the cost of £40 be reimbursed.
TO DISCUSS DONATION FOR MAINTENANCE OF CHURCHYARD growing concerns of the future of the Church and with little income had approached the PC for additional funding towards the maintenance. Costs approx. £1200 per annum – PC has paid £550 since agreed in 2019. It was agreed to increase to £600 this year and it to be reviewed each year before precept. Proposed Cllr Carrott, seconded Cllr Bateson.
TO DISCUSS QUOTATION FOR PAINTING CEMETERY RAILINGS
- Two quotations received, £750 difference. Clerk had examples and recommendations for the company with the cheaper quotation. Clerk had compared these to be like for like quotations. PC agreed to engage the cheaper quotation this time. Mr Webster suggested putting in application to Triton Knoll in July submissions.
- Cllr Pell suggested the goal posts could be painted at the same time as they are looking a little ‘tired’ Delegated powers to Chair and Clerk to request work up to the value of £200 without the need for bring back to Council. Proposed Cllr Carrott seconded Cllr Pell.

38/22 – TO DISCUSS PLANNING APPLICATIONS RECEIVED SINCE LAST MEETING
Just some conditions to Bramble Cottage.
39/22 – TO RECEIVE MEMBERS REPORTS –
Cllr Carrott – request from resident of Milkinghill Lane regarding access to building site. Now properties are on the website people are attending to view from Milkinghill Lane. Sign requested to stop this.
Cllr Pell – streetlight No 4 still no working
40/22 – TO RECEIVE CORRESPONDENCE -
Member of Bicker Buds.
Mr Bowler asking why precept increase. Clerk discussed the reasons and Mr Bowler appreciated the ‘phone call.
LCC New Local Plan consultation period til 9th May
