113/19 TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011
114/19 - POLICE REPORT –
04/11/19 – Lowgate Avenue, Theft from vehicle, power tools stolen – under investigation (part of a series of approx. 12 similar crimes that occurred on this date across Boston/South Holland)
06/11/19 – JDM Produce, Monument Road, Theft of teleporter from yard – under investigation
115/19 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun Pell seconded Coun Kelly.
116/19 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.
Acknowledgement of planning complaint but nothing more.
One contractor had looked at tree works, awaiting quote. meeting second contractor next Tuesday,
Still nothing from contractor regarding reduction in maintenance invoice for cemetery.
117/19 – TO CO-OPT NEW COUNCILLORS
Proposed Coun Kelly seconded Coun Pell that Oliver Buttery and Colin Bateson be coopted to the Parish Council. Declaration of Acceptance of Office signed.
118/19 - SUBSTATION UPDATE
Nothing to report although agreed lessons had been learned from last time and thing were definitely this time.

122/19 - MEMBERS REPORTS –
Coun Bateson – water gullies in village require cleaning
Coun Buttery – why is nothing done in Bicker for Christmas? Agreed too late this year but next year to look into having a tree near the Post Office.
Coun Pell – moles in cemetery again. Speed signs, follow up. HGV’s still using Monument Road to deliver to tile warehouse. Write again
Overhanging willow in park still not attend to. Write again and to Highways.
Coun Stevens – smells from JDM still causing anger in the village. To follow up complaint to Environmental Agency.
