100/19 - APOLOGIES - were received and accepted from Coun Chapman and Stevens and County Councillor Brookes.
101/19 TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011

102/19 - POLICE REPORT –
103/19 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun Carrott seconded Coun Pell.
104/19 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.
TK grant – had requested permission to erect signs. In agreement on the entrance from Donington, but not the entrance from Swineshead. Requesting Highways if can go on A52 next to Bicker sign. Concerns with Sign of The Times may not be completed by deadline for next application. Consultation questionnaires regarding play area at school in Post Office and local child minder and application almost completed ready to go.
Written to cemetery contractor, regarding a reduction in invoice due to unsatisfactory work. Complaint has been forwarded to the Director. Allotment hedge – tenant cut back at no cost.
Hedge near school has been cut back again by Mrs Page’s gardener.
105/19 TO DISCUSS DONATION FOR REMEMBRANCE WREATH
Increased from £25 to £40 last year. Proposed Coun Pell seconded Coun Carrott £40 again this year.
106/19 - SUBSTATION UPDATE
Weekend working period extended, looking likely deadline may not be reached and will put project back six months.

Approve Council payments as per schedule

Nothing this month
Highfield House, North Drove, Approval with conditions.
Butler, The Gauntlet, Back Road, full permission with normal conditions
110/19 - MEMBERS REPORTS –
Coun Carrott – suggestions that a further defibrillator would be useful in the Drury Lane area. Clerk to approach Pilgrim Heart Foundation. Can Triton Knoll be approached with regard funding for replacement LED street lights?
Coun Pell – received complaints from a resident of speeding cars in Drury Lane. Two gullies in School Lane blocked with leaves and water not draining away easily. Can quotes be obtained for tree pollarding in the playing field, following the walk around where some of the equipment cannot be used due to overhanging branches?
111/19 - ANY OTHER BUSINESS –
Oliver Buttery and Colin Bateson both agreed they would like to be co-opted onto Council
