124/19 TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011

125/19 - POLICE REPORT –
01/12/19. Criminal damage to vehicle, Drury Lane – under investigation
10/12/19. Burglary to outbuildings, Mill Lane, ride on mower stolen – under investigation
126/19 - NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun Pell seconded Coun Bateson.
127/19 - TO RECEIVE UPDATE FROM CLERK.
Still no invoices from cemetery contractor, or reduction in invoices when unhappy with standard. To ascertain if willing to continue another year.
128/19 TO APPOINT A UNITED CHARITY REPRESENTATIVE
Following the resignation of Coun Barnes a second representative alongside Coun Chapman to adhere to the Charities constitution. Coun Buttery would enjoy the opportunity. Proposed Coun Kelly seconded Coun Pell.

131/19 - FINANCE REPORT
Approve Council payments as per schedule
Prop Coun Carrott seconded Coun Kelly.
Thoughts for any additional spending next year as precept has to be approved at next meeting. Trees in park being a possible cost. Ideas too for next grant application.
Agreed that clerk to put together proposals for precept to be discussed by whole Council in January.

133/19 - MEMBERS REPORTS –
Coun Bateson – continual problems with dog owners not cleaning after their dogs foul.
Clerk to request a visit from dog warden.
Coun Carrott – flooding in Mill Lane still causing problems. There is now a pot hole which is not visible when flooding. Cannot escape when two vehicles meet as it is across the entire highway. Recently vehicle accident with aquaplaining and ending in the field.
Coun Pell – upright post on fencing near chapel has been broken again. Still moles in cemetery clerk to contact Wildside Pest Control
